1. Swag Golf Co.
This last year I started seeing more and more headcovers from this company on people’s golf bags and Facebook posts. I immediately fell in love with the designs and the quality of these covers.
The newer headcovers released on the website are sold for $125.00, but the problem is that they sell out in less than one minute. So, you need to be quick about try to cart snipe someone if you want one of these.
There are also many groups on the internet selling Swag Golf gear on Facebook, but the newest items can be resold for three times the amount they bought it for on the website.
I was able to get a deal on one of these headcovers and it is a fantastic addition to the golf bag. Bring the cash if you want to spend up for this brand, it is totally worth it.
2. Scotty Cameron
This company has been in business for over 30 years dating back to 1991. It primarily focuses on putters, but has grown a market for putter headcovers as well. It has a headcover archive on the website with fantastic designs.
I will definitely consider getting one of these headcovers if I decide to buy a Scotty Cameron putter.
3. Hatch Golf Co.
The company was founded in 2017 and rebranded from Blue Birdie. It has amazing designs that are released and sell out very quickly. It has the same type of community some of the other larger brands have on Facebook. They have groups that resell headcovers for collecting and bargaining purposes.
Some of the more recent designs have been top notch and I highly recommend trying to get your hands on one of these crafted covers.
4. Cayce Golf
A newer company that added a twist to the headcover designs, not because of the art on the side, but the shape of the headcover itself. Cayce is climbing the ladder of headcover companies with its unique shape and great designs.
This company may be in 4th on my list, but it could easily be on the top very quickly with the quality they are producing.
5. AM&E
A reliable company that has been in the industry since 1969 selling all types of headcovers. Every time you stop in a Pro Shop and see headcovers for sale, you will most likely see AM&E headcovers.
Unfortunately, they do not sell to the direct public, but you can always ask your head golf professional for a specific design and they can order one for you. I work at a private golf club that orders headcovers through this company and many members will order unique designs that fit their needs.
Great quality and fantastic service that has been in the industry for over 50 years.
6. Jan Craig
This company has been making classic knit headcovers since 1962, so there is not a company I would not trust more than Jan Craig. They have vibrant colors on their covers and unique designs with the ability to design a cover the way you want it.
This company definitely deserves a spot in the top 10 for its tenure in this industry.
7. Patrick Gibbons
A company that started the designer headcover trend back in 2007 that pride themselves on handmade pieces. They have many unique designs and high-quality pieces with their signature hand stamp for handmade.
They also pride themselves in allowing the customer to design their own headcovers with different colors and striped designs to fit their needs.
This is a great company if you are looking for quality, uniqueness, and handcrafted.
8. Stitch Golf
Normally known for its high-quality golf bags and apparel, this company branched out to make headcovers. They pride themselves in making all of their headcovers with 100% premium leather so you know you are getting the best quality product.
Stitch never fails to impress, as many Country Clubs, Municipal Courses, and College Athletic teams are using Stitch Products.
This company could easily be on the top with the high-quality products that they make, so I would be sure to check them out.
9. Pins & Aces Golf Co.
This is a newer company that has another interesting twist with headcovers. They external cloth to their designs to make it look like the hair of the Joker down to the mustache of a sugar skull.
They have great quality products with a touch of light humor in their designs. This uniqueness can give them a leg up in the industry. They also recently made an appearance at the 2022 PGA Show showcasing their products.
This is definitely a company to keep your radar on in the future for great products.
10. Daphne’s Headcovers
Everyone has their own style when it comes to headcovers, and this is a fun and unique twist to that. If you are an animal lover and you want to fill your bag up with any animal you can think of, this is the perfect headcover company for you.
They have headcovers ranging from mystical creatures to different puppies. This is a company that has great designs with great prices. Be sure to check this brand out if you want to see all the different alternatives.
